A quick introduction

I'm Manager & Business Development Lead at Dented Code Nepal, and my real job is building the systems a company runs on. When a workshop had no lead pipeline, I built one: an ambassador program that took attendance from 7 to 50+ students in under three months. When a brand needed consistent organic reach, I built a content system, a full production pipeline with its own tracking dashboard, shipping ~60 pieces a week and generating ~20 qualified leads a month. Zero ad spend at any time, because the system did the work. I lead the people who run these systems day-to-day, and I can build the next one from scratch.

Identified a lead-generation problem, workshops drawing only 7–8 attendees with no acquisition channel, and built the solution end to end. Recruited and led 15 ambassadors, designed the incentive structure around referral bonuses and personal growth training, and managed the program to 50+ students per workshop within 2–3 months, with zero paid marketing spend.
